The secret to health and happiness – and long life – is simple. It’s got no connection to money, career, or any of that stuff that we spend so much time and energy worrying about.
The secret to health and happiness is good relationships.
Close family members. A loving spouse. Loyal friends.
It’s not about having 950 Facebook friends because it’s not about the numbers. It’s about the quality of those relationships.
After what I went through – a brain trauma and now a long recovery – I can vouch for the validity of this study.
Tom, my sisters, my incredible friends – they are what is going to make the difference between life and death for me.
