Learn to fuse glass with metal inclusions – an exciting dimension to warm glass.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
In this workshop, you will work with low-cost materials – copper and float glass – to create fused glass art.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You’ll learn reactions of copper when fired, and gain a basic understanding of how to work with ordinary pane glass.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You will make two projects: 1) embossing copper 2) metal and color.Your projects will be fired and ready for pickup the following week. No glass experience required. All materials and tools included.<\/span><\/div>\n

Elizabeth Mobley\u00a0<\/strong>has been creating glass art since 2005. She advanced her fine arts skills by studying at Glass Fusing Art School in Italy as well as under other prominent <\/span>glass artists. She worked at a glass distribution center\/studio, which she considered a playground or sandbox. Elizabeth has exhibited her glass in venues throughout the Atlanta metro-area. She enjoys teaching kiln fused glass classes as much as sharing and collaborating with other artists.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
